Camera-ready copies of all accepted papers are due to be sumitted by 11th November 2017 through the EasyChair system. Please ensure that your revision reflects the issues raised in the reviews provided. Accepted papers from all tracks, both full presentations and posters, will be archived in the online proceedings of 25th Irish Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Science, hosted as part of the CEUR-WS free open-access publication service.
Please note that all accepted papers need to have at least one speaker registered for the conference by 1st December 2017. Any paper without a suitable registered author will not be included in the proceedings.

Please submit your final papers to us as a single PDF file (not LaTeX source or a DOC file), formatted in accordance with the Springer LNCS paper guidelines, as per your original submission. Templates for this format are available online here. Papers should be of 6 to 12 pages in length. Please ensure that no copyright notice or page numbering appears in your final manuscript.

Posters do not need to be submitted in advance and should be printed by the authors. Please prepare your poster to be A0 size and portrait orientation. Poster boards and hanging equipment will be provided and posters should be hung on the morning of Thursday 7th December.
